Hello
My name is Mason Ohendalski - I am a lifelong athlete who's chased improving my performance in every facet of health, fitness and nutrition.
As a Coach my goal is to share my knowledge and practices with people that are truly invested in improving their lives. Whether you're an athlete looking for strength & conditioning, skill development and nutritional guidance or you're someone who's never stepped foot inside of a gym.
I want to empower you to achieve things that you might not have thought you were capable of!
My Story
My journey as a coach began with a passion for competing and sport. I played everything as a kid but focused on Football, Wrestling and Track & Field in High school. As my collegiate football career came to an end I began to struggle with my identity which was solely defined by "being an athlete."

I knew I wasn't ready to give up on my athletic goals but I needed to shift away from that being my sole focus and figure out a way to provide value through my experiences as an athlete. The first coaching opportunity I sought out was an internship with the Adaptive Training Foundation (ATF) in Carrolton, TX. The ATF provides access and inclusion to people with physical and traumatic impairments by empowering them with exercise and community. Here I had the opportunity to work with many adaptive athletes and gain understanding about how to coach a Human, regardless of their capabilities or starting point.

My time at ATF helped me understand that my experiences as an athlete could be translated to any population as a coach. Shortly after my time at ATF, I joined a CrossFit gym while finishing my Kinesiology degree and began coaching.
Coaching in a Crossfit Gym has allowed me to continue to be a part of competition and sport while helping people improve their lives and achieve goals, that to me, are more meaningful than winning a game or hitting a stat line.
